Online coaching represents innovative approach to fitness regimens. Through this mode, I’ve observed its significant advantages for both the client and the trainer. Clients can engage in high-intensity training sessions with the trainer providing guidance, motivation, encouragement and accountability. Moreover, training in a familiar setting, such as one’s home, allows clients to customize their environment according to preferences, be it avoiding air conditioning or choosing their preferred music.

Eliminating the need for travel time ensures that each session can be conducted at a leisurely pace, without the rush, and clients can focus on the workout without time constraints. Drawing from my experience of conducting over 300 hours of online coaching between March 2020 and August 2020 (during the lockdown period), I wholeheartedly recommend this approach due to its numerous benefits.
